<br />l. The cost ~o be specially assessed is hereby declared to <br />be $ 130,687.95 <br /> <br />2. The City l1anager, together with the ass is tance of the City <br />Public Works Director, shall forthwith calculate the proper amount <br />to be specially assessed for such work against every assessable <br />lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, with- <br />out regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall <br />file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public <br />inspection. The City Manager may arrange for the assistance of <br />the Data Processing Division of the County of Ramsey in the <br />preparation of the proposed assessment roll. <br /> <br />3. The City Manager shall, upon completion of such proposed <br />assessment, notify the Council thereof for their further action <br />and for their setting of an assessment hearing therefor. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman Anderson <br /> <br />and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof~ <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
