<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />July 25, 1977 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the City of Rosevil1e, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on July 25, 1977, at <br /> <br />7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Cerros, Councilnen <br />Grauel, Hess, Anderson and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: NOne <br /> <br />The City Manager presented to the Council the proposed <br /> <br />assessment roll for a portion of Improvement No. SS-W-P-74-l7 <br /> <br />prepared by him with the assistance of the City Public Works <br /> <br />Director as directed by the Council on July 11, 1977, and re- <br /> <br />ported that the assessment roll is now on file in his office <br /> <br />and open to public inspection. <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Hess <br /> <br />then introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Re so I ut ion No. 6526 <br />
