<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />July 25, 1977 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on July 25, 1977, at <br /> <br />7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Denos, Councilnen <br />Grauel, Hess, Anderson and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br />None <br />The City Manager presented to the Council the proposed <br /> <br />assessment roll for Improvement No. P-75-3 prepared by him <br /> <br />with the assistance of the City Public Works Director as <br /> <br />directed by the Council on July 11, 1977, and reported that <br /> <br />the assessment roll is now on file in his office and open <br /> <br />to public inspection <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Hess <br /> <br />then introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6528 <br />
