<br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR HEARING <br />ON THE PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. P-75-3 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville <br />that the proposed assessment roll for Improvement No. P-75-3 <br />now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the <br />City Manager, is approved, and the Manager is directed to <br />publish and mail notice that the Council will meet to consider <br />the proposed assessment on August 15, 1977, at the City Hall, <br />2660 Civic Center Drive, in the City of Roseville, at 7:30 <br />o'clock p.m. The notice shall state the date, time and place <br />of the meeting, the general nature of said improvement, the <br />area proposed to be assessed, the total cost of the improvement, <br />that the proposed assessment roll is on file with the Manager, <br />and that written or oral objections thereto by any property <br />owner will be considered. It shall be published once in the <br />official newspaper of the City at least two weeks prior to <br />the hearing, and shall be mailed to the owner of each parcel <br />described in the assessment roll, not less than two weeks <br />prior to the date of said meeting. For the purpose of such <br />mailed notice, owners of said parcels shall be those shown <br />as such on the records of the County Treasurer. Every property <br />owner whose name does not appear on such records (other than <br />owners of property which is tax exempt or is taxed on a gross <br />earnings basis) shall be deemed to have waived such mailed <br />notice unless he has requested in writing that the County <br />Treasurer include his name on the records for this purpose. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman <br /> <br />Anderson <br /> <br />and upon vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All p~sent <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
