NOTICE OF HEARING ON I~PROVEMENT NO. W-77-l4 CITY OF ROSEVILLE, rUNNESOTA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Roseville, r~innesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on the l2th day of September, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improve- ment No. H-77-l4 including all that property on Lexington Avenue between Roma and Larpenteur Avenues by the construction of watermain and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is all substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the City Manager. The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at $52,815.00. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- ment shall be the following: The South One Hundred Fifty (150) feet of the North Seven Hundred Sixty-Seven (767) feet of the East Two Hundred Twenty- Nine and Twenty-Seven One Hundredths (229.27) feet of the Southeast One-Quarter (SE-l/4) of the Southeast One-Quarter (SE-l/4) of Section Fifteen (15), Town- ship Twenty-Nine (29), Range Twenty-Three (23), Ramsey County, Minnesota and The South Four Hundred Four (404) feet of the North Six Hundred Seventeen (617) feet of the East Two Hundred Twenty-Nine and Twenty-Seven One Hundredths (229.27) feet, of the Southeast One-Quarter (SE-l/4) of the Southeast One-Quarter (SE-l/4) of Section Fifteen (IS), Township Twenty-Nine (29), Range Twenty-Three (23), Ramsey County, Minnesota. All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place stated above.
