The general nature, estimated cost and area proposed <br />to be assessed for Improvement No. t~-77-l4 are determined to be <br />as stated in the foregoing notice, as fully as though the same <br />were separately set forth and resolved herein. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Hess and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the fOllowing voted in favor thereof: All; and the <br /> <br />following voted against the same: None; whereupon the resolu- <br /> <br />tion was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
