<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IHPROVEHENT NO. UL-77-9 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, NINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Roseville, i'Unnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the 12th day of September, 1977, <br />at 7:30 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to <br />f1innesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improve- <br />ment No. UL-77-9 including all that property on Shorewood Lane <br />from Wheeler Street to Lydia Avenue, and Shorewood Curve from <br />lfueeler Street to Shorewood Lane, by the installation of <br />ornamental street lights. The foregoing is all substantially <br />in accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is <br />now on file and open to public inspection in the office of the <br />City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$1,295.50. The area proposed to be assessed for the improvement <br />shall be the following: <br /> <br />Shorewood Addition <br />Lots 1 through 14, Block 1 <br />Lots 1 through 8, Block 2 <br />Lots 1, 8 and 9, Block 3 <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: August 8, 1977 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />James F.
