<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement No. P-94-02-44 of
<br />the City ofRoseville on all that property abutting Eustis Street, County Road B to cul-de-sac; St. Croix
<br />Street, County Road B to cul-de-sac; St. Stephen Street, County Road B to cul-de-sac; Marion Road,
<br />County Road B to 1. H. 36 Frontage Road; Laurie Road, Fulham Road to Marion Road; T. H. 36
<br />Service Drive, Marion Road to Acorn Road for the reconstruction of the streets by the installation of
<br />oituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, watermains, sanitary sewer, drainage, utilities, and
<br />necessary appurtenances; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement P-94-02-61 of the
<br />City ofRoseville on all that property abutting Oxford Street, County Road B to Sherren Street; Sherren
<br />Street, Lexington Avenue to Nancy Place; Milton Street, Sherren Street to cul-de-sac
<br />for the reconstruction of the streets by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter,
<br />watermains, sanitary sewer, drainage, utilities, and necessary appurtenances; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement P-94-02-65 of the
<br />City ofRoseville on all that property abutting Sandhurst Drive, Grotto Street to Victoria Street; Grotto
<br />Street, County Road B to Sherren Street; Sherren Street west of Grotto Street by the installation of
<br />bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, watermains, sanitary sewer, drainage, utilities, and
<br />necessary appurtenances; and

<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement No. P-94-02-69 of
<br />the City ofRosevilIe on all that property abutting South T. H 36 Service Drive, Dale Street east to cul-
<br />de-sac for the reconstruction of the streets by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and
<br />gutter, watermains, sanitary sewer, drainage, utilities, and necessary appurtenances; and

<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement No. P-94-02-48 of
<br />the City ofRoseville on all that property abutting Sharondale Avenue, Wilder Street to Prior Avenue;
<br />Wilder Street, Sharondale Avenue to Eldridge Avenue; Skillman Avenue, Cleveland Avenue to Prior
<br />Avenue; Eldridge Avenue, Cleveland Avenue to Prior Avenue; Shryer Avenue, Fairview Avenue to cul-
<br />de-sac; Ryan Avenue, Fairview Avenue to cul-de-sac; Draper Drive, Fairview Avenue to Ryan Avenue;
<br />Prior Avenue, Roselawn Avenue to Sharondale Avenue; Tatum St., Roselawn Avenue to Ryan Avenue;
<br />Loren Road, Cleveland Avenue to cul-de-sac for the reconstruction of the streets by the installation of
<br />bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, watermains, sanitary sewer, drainage, utilities, and

<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement No. P-94-02-50 of
<br />the City of Roseville on all that property abutting Midlothian Road, County Road B to Laurie Road;
<br />Haddington Road, County Road B to Laurie Road; Laurie Road, Midlothian Road to Haddington Road
<br />for the reconstruction ofthe streets by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter,
<br />watermains, sanitary sewer, drainage, utilities, and necessary appurtenances; and
<br />
<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement No. P-94-02-52 of
<br />the City ofRoseville on all that property abutting Ridgewood Lane North and Ridgewood Lane South for
<br />the reconstruction of the streets by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter,
<br />watermains, sanitary sewer, drainage, utilities, and necessary appurtenances; and

<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement No. P-94-02-53 of
<br />the City ofRoseville on all that property abutting Mid Oaks Lane and Mid Oaks Road for the
