<br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let and costs have been determined for Improvement No. ST -94-04 of
<br />the City ofRoseville on all that property in Neighborhood 44, (description) by the installation of storm
<br />sewer and necessary appurtenances; and

<br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the areas described in the legal notice relating to the original hearing on
<br />the improvements and the resolutions relating thereto, and the contract price for such improvements is
<br />$240,128.33, the other expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said imprûvements amounts
<br />to $79,] 57.77, so that the total cost of the improvements will be $319,286.10, and of this cost the City
<br />will pay $239,464.99 as its share of the cost. The cost to be specifically assessed is hereby declared to be

<br />$16,434.00, so that the total cost of the improvements will be $49,389.00, and of this cost the City will
<br />pay $9,487.00 as its share of the cost. The cost to be specifically assessed is hereby declared to be
