<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />August 22, 1977 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on August 22, 1977, at <br /> <br />7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Deroos, Council.nen <br />Hess, Anderson, CUrley and Grauel <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Grauel <br />tion and moved its adoption: <br />Resolution No. 6545 <br /> <br />introduced the following resolu- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR HEARING <br />ON THE PROPOSED, REVISED ASSESS~mNT FOR <br />II~ROVEMENT NO. P-75-3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 6520 adopted July 11 , 1977, <br />the Council declared the cost of Improvement No. P-75-3; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an assessment hearing was held thereon on August <br />16, 1977, continued to August 22, 1977; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that certain abutting properties have <br />received benefits from said improvement, but had received no <br />written notice of the assessment hearing of August 16. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the revised, proposed assessment roll for Improve- <br />ment No. P-75-3 now on file and open to public inspection in the <br />office of the City Manager, is approved. <br /> <br />2. The Manager is directed to publish and mail notice <br />that the Council will meet to consider the proposed revised <br />assessment on September 12, 1977, at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in the City of Roseville, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />
