<br />~:d 65"'17 <br /> <br />, <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of city Council <br />City of Rosevi11e <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />September 12, 1977 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />held 1n the City Hall in said City on Monday, september 12, <br /> <br />1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />councilmen Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Hese, and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None <br /> <br />Also present were Mr. James F. Andre, city Manager, Robert <br />Bell, City Attorney, Terry Kramer, of the City Public Works <br />Department, and Fred N. Peterson, Jr. of Peterson, popovich, <br />Knutson & Flynn, City Bond Consultants. <br /> <br />MAYOR DEMOS: The meeting will come to order. We have <br />three public hearings. The first is for Shorewood Lane, <br />Project No. 77-9, street lights. <br /> <br />MR. ANDRE: I have the Certificate of Mailing and the <br />affidavit of publication for this improvement. <br /> <br />MR. KRAMER: The city received a petition for the street <br />lighting of Shorewood Lane. The petition requested that we <br />investigate both regular street lighting and ornamental street <br />lighting. <br /> <br />The lighter color of circles on our map at Shorewood Lane, <br />Shorewood Curve and Wheeler and Shorewood Lane and Lydia are <br />
