Andre, City Manager, Robert <br /> <br />Bell, City Attorney, Terry Kramer, of the City Public Works <br /> <br />Department, and Fred N. Peterson, Jr. of Peterson, Popovich, <br /> <br />Knutson & Flynn, City Bond Consultants. <br /> <br />MAYOR DEMOS: The meeting will come to order. <br /> <br />. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . <br /> <br />MAYOR DEMOS: Our second public hearing tonight is for <br />Improvement No. UL-77-l0 - Galtier Circle from Transit to end <br />of cul-de-sac - street lights. <br /> <br />MR. ANDRE: I have on file the Certificate of Mailing and <br />Affidavit of publication and the Notice of Hearing. <br /> <br />MR. KRAMER: We did receive a petition for street lights - <br />for investigation of street lights. As a result of this petition <br />we have developed two alternatives for this street. <br />
