Andre, City Manager, Robert <br /> <br />Bell, City Attorney, Terry Kramer, of the City Public Works <br /> <br />Department, and Fred N. ANDRE: I have the Certificate of Mailing and Affidavit <br />of Publication of the Notice of Hearing. <br /> <br />MR. KRAMER: We have received a petition for a watermain <br />from Roma Avenue to Larpenteur along Lexington. We propose to <br />construct a 12 inch watermain from Roma to Dionne. This would <br />connect a 12 inch system that exists in Roma Avenue now to an <br />eight inch existing system in Dionne. We would then continue <br />
