<br />EXTRACT OF tHiWTES OF t1EETING OF <br />CITY COUiKIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, ~lINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof; a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in <br /> <br />the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City on Monday, the <br /> <br />26th, day of Sept:eJtber <br /> <br />, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen <br />Anderson, Curley, Grauel and Hess <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br />Council Member Grauel <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6561 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO AN AGREH1ENT WITH THE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING A <br />STREET LIGHT AT THE INTERSECTION OF TRUNK HIGHWAY <br />NO. 35W N~D CLEVELAND AVENUE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the ~1i nnesota Department of Transportati on has reviewed <br />the intersection of the east Trunk Highway No. 35W ramp at Cleveland Avenue <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such review has indicated the need for a traffic signal <br />and increased roadway lighting and <br />WHEREAS, such lighting under recent State Legislation now is the <br /> <br />responsibility of Municipal Governments. <br />
