<br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Mayor and the City Manager <br /> <br />of the City of Roseville hereby be authorized to execute the agreement with <br /> <br />the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation, for providing electric <br />energy and maintenance for the street light at the intersection of Trunk <br />Highway No. 35W East Ramps and County State Aid Highway No. 46 (Cleveland <br />Avenue) in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth and contained <br /> <br />in Agreement No. 58767t1, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the City <br />all of the contractual obligations contained therein. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Member Hess , and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor therof: All present <br />and the following voted against same: None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) ss <br />) <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, befng the duly qualffied and acting Manager of <br />the Ci ty of Rosevi 11 e, ~1i nnesota, do hereby certify that I have carefully <br />compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting <br />of said City County held on the 26th day of September, 1977, with the <br />original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete <br />transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to Agreement No. 58767M with <br />the M4nnesota State Department of Transportation providing a street light at <br />the intersection of Trunk Highway No. 35W and Cleveland Avenue. <br />WITNESS MY HAND As said -Manager and the corporate seal of the City <br /> <br />thi s 27th <br /> <br />day of Septerrber <br /> <br /> <br />SEAL <br />
