James Andre, City Hanager; Robert <br /> <br />Bell, City Attorney, Charles Honchell, City Public Norks <br /> <br />Director; and Peter S. ANDRE: I have the Certificate of rl/ailing and the <br />affidavit of publication for Aolen Street improvement. <br /> <br />HAYOR DEHOS ~ Hr. Honchell. <br /> <br />NR. HONCHELL ~ This improvement ,.,as petitioned for by 46% <br />of the affected property o,'mers and runs from the area of <br />Rosela~m southerly to Roma. The pro?osal is for the improve- <br />ment of the roadway by the construction of concrete curb and <br />gutter indicated in green on the map, which would be on both <br />sides of the roadway, and a 7-ton bituminous 9avement. This <br />would be a typical pavement design - 32 feet wide from face of <br />curb to face of curb. The existing facilities are approximately <br />30 feet wide of asphalt nm', so that would have an average <br />effect of about one foot wider on each side going toward your <br />homes, or into the boulevard area. The project, in addition <br />to the construction of the roa&",ay facilities, would call for <br />the inclusion of a pair of catch basins approximately three <br />lots south of Rosela,m, and then a small storm water pipe out <br />
