<br />1M (P~g1 <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Rosevi11e <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />November 29, 1977 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice th~reof, a special <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall in said City on <br />Tuesday, November 29, 1977 at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos, and <br />Councilmen Hess, Curley, and Grauel, and the following <br />were absent: Councilman Anderson. <br /> <br />Also present were Mr. James F. Andre, City Manager, <br />Robert Bell, City Attorney, Charles Honchell, City Public <br />Works Director, and Peter S. Popovich, City Bond Consultant. <br /> <br />MAYOR DEMOS: The meeting will come to order. <br /> <br />. . . . . <br /> <br />MAYOR DEMOS: At this time we will have the hearings - <br />we will call them together, discuss them together, and also <br />discuss them separately, so this will be two hearings at <br />once - P-77-20, Ryan from Oxford to Chatsworth - paving, <br />curb and gutter, and SS-W-P-77-24, Oxford Street from <br />Shryer to Ryan Avenue, sewer and water services, paving, <br />curb and gutter and storm sewer. <br /> <br />MR. ANDRE: I have the Certificate of Mailing and <br />affidavit of publications on both of these impro.ements. <br /> <br />MAYOR DEMOS: Mr. Honche 11. <br /> <br />MR. HONCHELL: As was stated, we will take these sort <br />of individually. We will do Ryan first, and then Oxford, <br />and talk about what would happen if the imp~ovements were <br />combined. Starting with Ryan, a petition was received by the <br />city - 57% signed by the residents along Ryan - petitioning <br />for concrete curb and gutter and a seven-ton asphalt bit- <br />
