COUNCILMAN CURLEY: What are you for?

MR. GORANOWSKI: I'm for Ryan alone - not including
Oxford because, you know, it's bringing the cost of one
side (inaudible). The one thought I had. I have heard
your fiscal manager say he recommends a 25% assessment.
If you want to spread out the cost of Oxford, reduce that
25% to IO% for them and put it over the whole city.

MR. RUDY KESSLER, 993 Ryan: The way it stands now, I'm
against the whole works.

MR. GEORGE MOONEY, 1986 North Lexington: My property
has the back toward Ryan where he points, and I'm for this
project. I certainly have nothing against improving Oxford
too. I should say, both OXford and Ryan, and it seems a
logical improvement. I can't see much sense in improving
Ryan without improving Oxford too. Thank you.

MR. GORDON ROBIDEAUX, 1010 Ryan: The engineer made a
statement that on one of their proposals, I guess, or feasi-
bility studies, that it would be feasible so that the people
