MR. FRED SEIFERT, 1985 North Chatsworth: I signed the
petition to have the Ryan Avenue improvement made, but at
this time I see that we should also have Oxford improved
too, so I think at this time we should - I'll vote against
it and wait until we can get more of Shryer in there or the
other end of Ryan going out - the north part of Ryan going
out - until we can get the whole street at one time.

MAYOR DEMOS: Anyone else that wishes to be heard?

MR. GEORGE MOONEY, 1986 North Lexington: I would like
to state that I am for improving Oxford whether or not Ryan
Avenue is improved.

MAYOR DEMOS: At this point, may I ask what your
Alternate 3 comes to?

MR. HONCHELL: These are rough numbers. The way I have
it roughted out, we have $17,200 of expense and approximately
182 assessable feet. That comes to $95 a foot, or divided
into the 25%, approximately $24 a foot assessments.

MAYOR DEMOS: Then let me ask you - that $24 a foot
times 13 feet, that would run about a little over $300.
The Mooney's would be bearing the biggest - no, I guess it's
whether we want to get the $300 assessment against those two
east side lots on Oxford.

FROM THE AUDIENCE: See you're looking at figures, would
you take the difference between - was it $11 and - for the
Oxford proposal and subtracting (inaudible).

MAYOR DEMOS: It's $3 and something.

FROM THE AUDIENCE: Take the difference and multiply
by 75 feet front footage comes out to about $300 and lid
say that an extra $300 I'd be paying for my lot to improve
that short length of Oxford, and the people on Oxford aren't
even paying that much.
