<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA-HELD DECEMBER 19, 1977 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and <br />held at the City Hall in said City on December 19, 1977 at 7:30 P.~1. <br />The following members were present: <br />Mayor Iaros, Cormcil1ren <br />Anderson, Hess, Curley and Grauel <br />and the following were absent: N <br />one <br />Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6594 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO THE SUBMISSION OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL <br />ASSESSMENT ON PHASE 3 OF ROSEDALE CENTER TO THE MINNESOTA <br />ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY BOARD <br /> <br />~IHEREAS, Dayton Hudson Company has proposed an expans i on of an exi s ti ng <br />commercial development located in Section 4, Township 29 North and Range 23 <br />Wes t, City of Rosevi 11 e, County of Ramsey, State of ~1i nnesota wh i ch is ca 11 ed <br />"Rosedale Center"; and <br />WHEREAS, the said Dayton Hudson Company has processed their entire pro- <br />posal pursuant to the ordinances of the City of Roseville through the Planning <br />Commission and City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, Dayton Hudson Company has prepared an Environmental Assessment <br />Worksheet; and <br />WHEREAS, the staff of the City of Roseville has met with and reviewed <br />with the developer and his consultants, the said Environmental Assessment Work- <br />sheet; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the Environmental Assessment Work- <br />sheet; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Roseville is in agreement with <br />the findings of the Environmental Assessment Worksheet; and <br />
