<br />2. Section 3 of Resolution No. 6472, dated March 28, <br />1977, is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"3. R-l and R-2 property that is not tax-exempt <br />which abuts existing, usuable, temporary <br />roadways under the jurisdiction of Ramsey <br />County to be upgraded to permanent roadways <br />with curb and gutter shall not be assessed <br />for such upgrading. All properties other <br />than R-l and R-2 non-tax-exempt properties <br />abutting existing usuable temporary roadways <br />under the jurisdiction of Ramsey County to <br />be upgraded to permanent roadways with curb <br />and gutter, shall be specially assessed <br />pursuant to the provisions of Paragraph 2., <br />above. In the event that said special <br />assessments should result in more funds <br />being due the City from special assessments <br />than the total cost to the City of the <br />improvements to such roadways under the <br />jurisdiction of Ramsey County, special <br />assessments for such properties shall be <br />reduced proportionately until the total <br />special assessments equal the total City <br />costs of the improvement." <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution <br />was duly seconded by Member Kehr , and upon <br />a vote being held thereof, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
