<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. UL-77-2l <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Rose- <br />ville, ~1innesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center <br />Drive, in said City, on the 20th day of March, 1978, at 7:30 <br />o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. <br />UL-77-2l on Grandview Avenue from ttatilda Street East approxi- <br />mately 500 feet by the installation of street lights. The fore- <br />going is all substantially in accordance with a preliminary <br />engineering report which is now on file and open to public <br />inspection in the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$1,313.50. The area proposed to be assessed for the improvement <br />shall be the fOllowing: <br /> <br />Registered Land Survey No. 299, Tract <br />A; Lot 1, Block 1, Hillsborough No.2; <br />Lots 1 through 5, Block l, and Lots 4 <br />and 5, Block 2, Hillsborough No.3. <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: February 27, 1978. <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />James F.
