The general nature, estimated cost and area proposed <br />to be assessed for Improvement No. UL-77-2l are determined to be <br />as stated in the foregoing notice, as fully as though the same <br />were separately set forth and resolved herein. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br /> <br />duly seconded by Councilman <br /> <br />CUrley <br /> <br />and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br />and the fOllowing voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
