<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br /> <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minn- <br />esota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Mon- <br />day, the 10th day of April, 1978 at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Franke, Kehr and Anderson; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: councilman Curley. <br />Councilman Anderson introduced and moved the adoption <br /> <br />of the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6633 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING P~lS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-77-22 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Coun- <br />cil on February 13, 1978, the City Public Works Director has <br /> <br />prepared plans and specifications for Improvement SS-W-P- <br />ST-77-22 and has presented such plans and specifications to <br /> <br />the Council for approval. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSE- <br /> <br />VILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City fianager shall prepare and cause to be in- <br />serted in the Roseville Sun, the official paper, and in the <br />
