<br />Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the <br />making of such approved plans and specifications. The adver- <br />tisement shall be published as required by law, shall specify <br />the work to be done, shall call for bids on the basis of a <br />cash payment for such work, shall state that the bids will <br />be received by the City Manager and Public Works Director <br />until 10:00 COOT o'clock .m. on May 9 , 1978, <br />at which time they will be publicly opened in the City Hall <br />by the City Manager and City Public Works Director, will <br />then be tabulated, and will be considered by the Council <br />at 7:30 0' clock --E-.m. on May 22, ,1978 <br />in the Council Chambers and that no bids will be eonsidered <br />unless sealed and filed with the Manager and accompanied <br />by a cash deposit, certified check or bid bond payable to <br />the Manager for ten percent of the amount of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolu- <br /> <br />tion was duly seconded by Councilman Kehr and upon vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the fOllowing voted in favor~ All; <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None; whereupon said re- <br /> <br />solution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
