<br />Extract of Minutes of Heeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on <br />Monday, the 10th day of April, 1978 at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The fOllowing members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Franke, Kehr and Anderson; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: Councilman Curley. <br />Councilman Anderson introduced and moved the adoption <br /> <br />of the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6634 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAUS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING <br />ADVERTISEf4ENT FOR B IDS ON <br />If1PROVEMENT SS-W-ST-P-77-27 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City <br />Council on March 20, 1978, the City Public Works Director <br />has prepared plans and specifications for Improvement SS-W-ST- <br />P-77-27 and has presented such plans and specifications to <br /> <br />the Council for approval. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSE- <br /> <br />VILLE, MINNESOTA~ <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager shall prepare and cause to be in- <br />
