<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council of <br />the City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 10th <br /> <br />day of April, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Hayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Kehr, Anderson and Franke; and the following was <br /> <br />absent: Councilman Curley. <br /> <br />Councilman Franke introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6634a <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR <br />BIDS ON IMPROVEMENT W-77-l4, PART II <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City <br /> <br />Council on September 12, 1977, the City Public Works Director <br /> <br />has prepared plans and specifications for Improvement W-77-l4, <br /> <br />Part II, and has presented such plans and specifications to <br /> <br />the Council for approval. <br /> <br />rrHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY 'I'HE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, <br /> <br />MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager shall prepare and cause to be <br />inserted in the Roseville Sun, the official paper, and in <br />the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon <br />the making of such approved plans and specifications.
