<br />advertisement for Improvement W-77-14, Part II, shall be pub- <br />lished as required by law, shall specify the work to be done, <br />shall call for bids on the basis of a cash payment for such <br />work, shall state that the bids will be received by the City <br />Manager and Public Works Director until 10:00 o'clock a.m. on <br />May 5, 1978, at which time they will be publicly opened in <br />the City Hall by the City Manager and City Public Works <br />Director, will then be tabulated, and will be considered by <br />the Council at 7:30 o'clock p.m. on May 22, 1978, in the <br />Council Chambers and that no bids will be considered unless <br />sealed and filed with the Manager and accompanied by a cash <br />deposit, certified check or bid bond payable to the Manager <br />for ten percent of the amount of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Kehr, and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: AlIi <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: Nonei whereupon <br /> <br />said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
