Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council of City of Roseville Ramsey County, Minnesota Held: May 8, 1978 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the 8th day of May, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Councilmen Franke, Kehr, Anderson and Curley; and the following were absent: None. Councilman Anderson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 6644 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT'NO. SS-W-P-77-3 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted March 27, 1978, the Council has directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a pre- liminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement in the general area of County Road C-2 from Merrill Street to Fernwood Avenue; Merrill Street from County Road C-2 to Fernwood Avenue; Fernwood Avenue from Merrill Street to Josephine Road; and proposed Belair Circle from Fernwood Avenue west to end of cul-de-sac, all located in proposed plat known as Belair Lake Josephine Heights No.2, by the construction of bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer, watermain, drainage and necessary appurtenances. The Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement No. SS-W-P-77-3.
