<br />That permanent and temporary easements be acquired for the <br />purposes of constructing, maintaining and operating underground <br />utility mains, pipes and appurtenances for the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, together with ingress and egress. <br /> <br />That the City Attorney be and he hereby is instructed to <br />complete the necessary proceedings in condemnation under the <br />power of eminent domain in the name and in behalf of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, to acquire the property as set forth in <br />the attached Petition in Condemnation under the statutes of the <br />State of Minnesota, and that said attroney is further instructed <br />and directed to take such steps as may be necessary to carry said <br />proceedings to a conclusion. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Kehr and upon a vote being <br />taken, the following voted in favor of the resolution: <br /> <br />Anderson, Franke, Kehr and CUrley <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said Resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />SSe <br /> <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting <br />Manager of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify <br />that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing <br />extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the City Council <br />of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, held on the 22nd day of <br />May , 1978, with the original on file in my office, and <br />the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom <br />insofar as the same relates to certain condemnation proceedings, <br /> <br />WITNESS my hand as such Manager and the corporate seal of <br />the City Council of Roseville, Minnesota, this 23~ day of <br />May , 19 78 . <br /> <br />(Seal) <br /> <br />
