<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City council of <br />the City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetinq <br /> <br />of the City Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 22nd <br /> <br />day of May, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor Curley <br /> <br />and Councilmen Franke, Kehr and Anderson; and the following <br /> <br />was absent: Mayor Demos. <br /> <br />Councilman Anderson introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6657 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING BID FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT NO.
