<br />WHEREAS, it appears that <br /> <br />~luxe Construction Company <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />~t. Prl1l 1, Minnesota <br /> <br />is the lowest responsible <br /> <br />bidder at the tabulated price of $ 29,588.00 <br /> ----- <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />the City of Roseville, Minnesota: <br /> l. The Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and <br />directed to en te r into a contract with Deluxe Construction <br /> <br />Conpany <br /> <br />for $ 29,588.00 <br /> <br />in the name of the City <br /> <br />of Roseville for the above improvement according to the plans <br /> <br />and specifications thereof heretofore approved by the City <br /> <br />Council and on file in the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with <br /> <br />their bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and <br /> <br />the next lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have <br /> <br />been signed. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by Councilman Kehr, and upon <br /> <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />All; and the following voted against the same: None; where- <br /> <br />upon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
