<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of the City Council of the <br />City of Rosevi11e <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Rosevi11e, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 22nd <br /> <br />day of May, 1978, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Acting Mayor Curley <br /> <br />and Councilmen Kehr, Anderson and Franke; and the following <br /> <br />were absent: Hayor Demos. <br /> <br />Councilman Franke introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 66~0 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS &~D SPECIFICATIONS <br />AND ORDERING ADVE~TISEr1ENT FOR <br />BIDS ON IMPROVEr1ENT P-77-20 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council <br /> <br />on November 29, 1977, the City Public Works Director has <br /> <br />prepared plans and specifications for Improvement P-77-20 <br /> <br />and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council <br /> <br />for approval. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, "BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, <br /> <br />MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager shall prepare and cause to be <br />inserted in the Roseville Sun, the official paper, and in the <br />Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the <br />making of such approved plans and specifications. The <br />advertisement for Improvement P-77-20 shall be published <br />
