<br />as required by law, shall specify the work to be done, shall <br />call for bids on the basis of a cash payment for such work, <br />shall state that the bids will be received by the City Manager <br />and Public Works Director until 10:00 o'c1ock a .m. on <br />June 20 , 1978, at which time they will be publicly <br />opened in the City Hall by the City Manager and City Public <br />Works Director, will then be tabulated, and will be considered <br />by the Council at 7:30 o'c1ock p.m. on June 26 <br />1978, in the Council Chambers and that no bids will be con- <br />sidered unless sealed and filed with the Manager and accompanied <br />by a cash deposit, certified check or bid bond payable to the <br />Manager for ten percent of the amount of such bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Anderson and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All; <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None; whereupon <br /> <br />said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
