Popovich, City Bond Consultant. <br /> <br />r1AYOR DErlOS ~ The first public hearinq is for the Lexington - <br />Josephine area for sanitary sewer, ,qatermain, hi tl1J.':1!nous sur- <br />facing, concrete curb and gutter, and the number is 77-3. <br /> <br />M.R. NORTH~ r^1e have the affidavit of publication and the <br />Certificate of riai1ing notices. <br /> <br />f~R. HONCHELL~ This project is a request of. a petition <br />from the two developers of presently vacant property located <br />near Josephine and Lexington. This property did sign the <br />petition to have sanitary sewer, watermains, paving, and the <br />necessary drainage facilities constructed as part of a public <br />improvement. You will note from the map that only a portion <br />of this vacant property toward the westerly end is being pro- <br />posed to be developed as part of this petition. The area <br />immediately north of County Road C-2 near Lexington is not <br />part of this work, and no work is proposed in that area. The <br />project would construct a new roadway near the existing sanitary <br />sewer lift station on Fernwood, go southerly where it would meet <br />a ne"l road,,,ay identified as Herrill Street "lhich curves, aqain <br />southerly, to the point where it lines up with existing Merrill <br />at County Road C-2. There would be a cul-de-sac near Josephine <br />to serve these lots, and County Road C-2 would be constructed <br />from just west of Merrill to Fernwood, and then taper back in <br />
