Resolution No. 6663 RESOLUTION ORDERIN~ THE CONSTRnCTION OF IMPROVErmNT NO. SS-N-P-77-3 ALTERi\JATE B, UNDER Atm PURSUANT TO HINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER ~29 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Rosevi11e, Hinnesota, that in accordance ",ith the provisions of J'Unnesota Statutes 1961, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing on the proposed construction of ImproveMent NOQ SS-N-P-77-3 consisting of the construction of bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer, watermain, drainage and necessary appurtenances on County Roa~ C-2 from r1erri1l Street to Fernwood Avenue; F1erri1l Street froM County Road C-2 to Fernwood Avenue ~ Ferm'ifOod Avenue from !terri11 Street to Josephine Road, and proposed 3elair Circle from Fernwood Avenue west to end of cul-de-sac, as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $222,333.35, and substantially in accordance with ~he pre- liminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the City r~naqer; and having considered the views of all interested persons and being fully advised in the premises, the Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed, and special assessments shall be levied therefor, pursuant to said Chapter 429, and that the area proposed to be assessed therefor shall include the property as described in the Notice of Hearing. The City Public Horks Director is directed to prepare and submit to the Council the final plans and specifications. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Franke, and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the fol1~1ing voted in favor thereof: All; and the fo11m1ing voted against the same ~ None; ''.1hereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
