SS-T"1-P-78-7 <br />UNDER Ai.\fD PURSUANT TO HIN1TESOTA STA'1'UTFS r CHAPTER 429 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of P~seville, <br />Uinnesota, that in accordance ,,11th the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes 1961, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a <br />public hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement No. <br />SS-T'I-P-78-7, consisting of the construction of concrete curb <br />and gutter, bituminous surfacing, sanitary se~~r, watermain, <br />drainage and necessary appurtenances on Sandhurst cul-de-sac <br />west of Nestern Avenue, known as Stemper Heights Addition, as <br />described in the Notice of Bearing at a cost presently estimated <br />at $55,848.09, and su~stantially in accordance with the pre- <br />liminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on <br />file in the office of t..he City 1\l(anaqer, and having considered <br />the views of all interested persons and being fully advised in <br />the premises, the Council does hereby determine and order that <br />said improvement shall be constructed and financed, and special <br />assessments shall be levied therefor, pursuant to said Chapter <br />429, and t..~at the area proposed to be assessed therefor shall <br />include the property as described in the Notice of Hearina. <br />The City Public Norks Director is directed to prepare and submit <br />to the Council the final plans and specifications. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Kehr, an~ upon roll call vote <br />being taken thereon, the folloNinq voted in favor thereof ~ All: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None~ whereupon said <br /> <br />resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
