SS-T"1-P-78-7 UNDER Ai.\fD PURSUANT TO HIN1TESOTA STA'1'UTFS r CHAPTER 429 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of P~seville, Uinnesota, that in accordance ,,11th the provisions of Minnesota Statutes 1961, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing on the proposed construction of Improvement No. SS-T'I-P-78-7, consisting of the construction of concrete curb and gutter, bituminous surfacing, sanitary se~~r, watermain, drainage and necessary appurtenances on Sandhurst cul-de-sac west of Nestern Avenue, known as Stemper Heights Addition, as described in the Notice of Bearing at a cost presently estimated at $55,848.09, and su~stantially in accordance with the pre- liminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of t..he City 1\l(anaqer, and having considered the views of all interested persons and being fully advised in the premises, the Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed, and special assessments shall be levied therefor, pursuant to said Chapter 429, and t..~at the area proposed to be assessed therefor shall include the property as described in the Notice of Hearina. The City Public Norks Director is directed to prepare and submit to the Council the final plans and specifications.
