SS-W-P-78-12 PURSUANT TO PETITION <br />BY 100% OF OWNERS OF AFFECTED PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city Council received a petition from all <br /> <br />owners of the real property in the area of the southeast <br /> <br />corner of Fairview Avenue and county Road C-2 by the in- <br /> <br />stallation of sanitary sewer, watermain, concrete curb and <br /> <br />gutter, bituminous paving, necessary drainage, and necessary <br /> <br />appurtenances, at said location and requesting that the entire <br /> <br />cost of said improvement be assessed aqainst their property, and <br />
