<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted <br /> <br />May 8, 1978, a report has been prepared by the City Public <br /> <br />Works Director with reference to the improvement, and this <br /> <br />report was received by the Council on June 12, 1978, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council <br /> <br />of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />l. The aforesaid petition is signed by the owners <br />of all property affected by said requested improvement <br />in accordance with M.S.A. Sec. 429.031(3). <br /> <br />2. Said improvement is feasible and is hereby <br />ordered as proposed in the report of the City Public <br />WOrks Director. <br /> <br />3. The City Public Works Director is hereby de- <br />signated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall <br />prepare plans and specifications for the making of such <br />improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Franke, and upon roll call <br /> <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br /> <br />thereof: All, and the following voted against: None, <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
