<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey county, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 12th <br /> <br />day of June, 1978, at 7:30 o.clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Anderson, Kehr and Franke, and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman curley introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6670 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-78-l4 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the City of Roseville, generally in the area bounded on the <br /> <br />west by Hamline Avenue, en the east by Fernwood Avenue extended <br /> <br />northerly to County Road C, on the north by County Road C, and <br /> <br />on the south by Oakcrest Avenue, by the installation of storm <br /> <br />sewer and necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council on <br /> <br />m~ .30 I 19' 7 J , is hereby declared to be signed by the <br /> <br /> <br />required percentage of owners of property affected thereby <br />
