<br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes; Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT R.ESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to <br />the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council <br />in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement <br />is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as <br />proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and <br />the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br /> <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Anderson and upon vote being <br /> <br />taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: All, <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None, whereupon <br /> <br />said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br />) SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting <br />Manager of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify <br />that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing <br />extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the City council of <br />said City held on the 12th day of JUne, 1978, with the original <br />thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and <br />complete transcript insofar as the same relates to Improvement <br />No. ST-78-l4. <br /> <br />WITNESS MY HAND as said Manager and the corporate seal <br />of the City this .;;l ~ t<. day of June~ 1978. <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br /> <br />
