ANDRE~ f'7e have the affidavit of publication and <br />Certificate of Hailing the Notice of Hearing on file. <br /> <br />HR. HONCHELL~ This project is the result of a petition <br />from six of the eleven affected homes on LVdia Court. The <br />petition calls for the construction of a residential style <br />pavement ,.yhich 'l\1ould be a 7-ton design, 32 feet "7ide, "Yi th <br />concrete curb and gutter. The ~roposal would be to remove <br />the existing surface and put in this proposed standard road- <br />way system. It would, in some cases, result in a few inches <br />of alteration to existing elevations and driveways, and any <br />such occurrences would be resolveQ by going back into the <br />driveway or lawn and sloping it so it would ~atch the existinq <br />facilities. I helieve that's all this is, It's a very <br />simple project. <br /> <br />rm. POPOVICH~ The publiShed cost of this project is <br />$23,677. The Council has a policy where in existing neighbor- <br />hoods where the progerty owners ~etitioni that 25% of the <br />total cost would be assessed on the property owners and the <br />
