<br />/-,/' <br />,;tt~( "6' 7 1 <br /> <br />Extract of ~unutes of ~1eeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />July 10, 1978 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br />held in the City Hall in said City on ~10nday, July 10, 1978, <br />at 7~30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present~ Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmen Kehr, Anderson, Franke and Curley: and the following <br /> <br />were absent~ None. <br /> <br />Also present were James F. Andre, city Manager; Robert <br />Bell, City Attorney; Charles Honchell, City Public Works <br /> <br />Director; Peter S. Popovich, City Bond Consultant; and Hr. <br /> <br />Wayne Leonard, County Engineer. <br /> <br />MAYOR DEnOS: The next improvement is on County Road C <br />from Cleveland to west city limits - Improvement SS-W-ST-P-78-l6. <br /> <br />}1R. ANDRE: I have the affidavit of publication and <br />Certificate of riailing the Notice of Hearing on file. <br /> <br />f1AYOR DEr10S: I will turn it over to the county. <br /> <br />MR. HONCHELL~ Perhaps I could make a few comments and <br />then the county's engineer is here and he can fill in a lot of <br />the detail. This is a quite long project as a result of the <br />county approximately three years ago making a determination <br />~'at County Road C was in poor shape and with the amount of <br />volume of traffic on it, needed to be up-graded. In doing so, <br />there was a hearing held in January of 1976 that actually <br />approved this project, but it's taken such an extensive amount <br />of time to acquire the right-of-way that by the time this <br />road'~ay actually goes to construction, if it does, next yearv <br />the estimates are no longer valid as presented to the Council <br />and pUblic at that time. Essentially that's the primary <br />reason for having this hearing again tonight. <br /> <br />In addition, I wanted to point out that there are some <br />other features of this that are being proposed that were not <br />
