<br />For the sanitary sewer portion the cost is $4,876. Divide <br />that by the 660 feet involved comes to $7.39 a front foot. All <br />of that would be assessed unless there was any previous sani- <br />tary sewer assessment. If so, they would receive credit for <br />that, and the difference would be picked up by the city on <br />general taxes. <br /> <br />On sanitary sewer services the total cost is $207 or $345 <br />and that would be assessed against the property owners at $104 <br />or $l73 apiece; depending on what size sanitary service went <br />into the property. <br /> <br />On the traffic signals, the Roseville share is $50,984 <br />out of the total of $121,900. ~e pro~ose, because of the <br />general benefit, that none of that be assessed against the <br />property, but would be picked up by general taxes.
