HR. HANSEN: I'm number 2597.

MR. LEONARD: Your home would be here. There is no curb
and gutter improvement, sanitary sewer, watermain type improve-
ment in this area. Our full improvement starts immediately
across the railroad track and what we're doing here is just
tapering the road down to the existing. There would be proposed
to be some little grading here in your front yarQ.

MR. HANSEN: From the map the county gave me last year,
they show where they cut a corner on me.

MR. LEONARD: This is your lot. I don't - is this your
lot clear to the driveway?

MR. HANSEN: That's right.

r.m. LEONARD: l'7e I re not cutting corners but are re-doing
the driveway to the house. We're lowering the grade a little
and it will mean reconstructing of your driveway.

MR. HANSEN: Will there be a cost of sanitary sewer to me?

MR. LEONARD: Our main objective was to get the geometry
of the signal and safer crossing of the railroad track. ~ge
consider this to be a temporary improvement back here. Other-
wise it's just changing from what's there to what's further
ahead, and there's nothing proposed here concerning a sanitary
sewer or watermain. There's no reason that if you wanted a
sewer and there's one in the area that a service couldn't be
brough t ove r .

rffi. HANSEN~ That's storm sewer.

HR. LEONARD: There's a sanitary there, I'm sure you could
be acconunodated.

MR. HANSEN: I am hooked up, and the road will be further
over to the east side of Cleveland because as I understand,
they will come a little closer to me.

Dffi. LEONARD~ About here - at your right here (inaudible)
from the edge of the existing road in front of where your
driveway turns in to the new road I guess the edge would be
about nine feet closer at the worst spot. By the time we get
to this end it probably isnVt changing five feet at this end.

MR. HANSEN: I guess that's it then.

MAYOR DEMOS: Anyone else?

~1R. STEVE BRUNELL, attorney and full-time employee of
Briggs Transportation: tie I re on the south side of County Road
