Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council of City of Rosevi11e Ramsey County, Minnesota Held: January 22, 1979 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Rosevi11e met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the 22nd day of January, 1979, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Councilmen Curley, Kehr, Franke and Anderson; and the following were absent: None. Councilman Kehr introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 6780 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-ST-P-78-17 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Rosevi1le as follows: 1. By resolution adopted January 8, 1979, the Council has directed the City Public Works Director to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement on County Road C-2 from New Highway 8 to Long Lake Road by the construc- tion of extension of sanitary sewer service, storm sewer, concrete curb and gutter, bituminous paving and necessary appur- tenances. The Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improve- ment and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement No. SS-ST-P-78-17. 2. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said City, on February 28, 1979, at 7:00 0'c1ock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the time, place and purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, Rose- vi1le Sun, which publications shall be a week apart, and the second pUblication shall be not less than three days before the date of the hearing. 3.
