<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON II1PROVEMENT NO. SS-ST-P-78-17 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the 28th day of February, 1979, <br />at 7:00 o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed <br />Improvement No. SS-ST-P-78-17, including all that property on <br />County Road C-2 from New Highway 8 to Long Lake Road by the <br />construction of extension of sanitary sewer service, storm <br />sewer, concrete curb and gutter, bituminous paving and neces- <br />sary appurtenances. The foregoing is all substantially in <br />accordance with a preliminary engineering report which is now <br />on file and open to public inspection in the office of the <br />City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$192,360.74. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- <br />ment shall be the following: <br /> <br />All that property abutting County Road <br />C-2 from New Highway 8 to Long Lake <br />Road. <br /> <br />All persons desiring to be heard with reference to the <br />improvement and the area proposed to be assessed therefor may <br />appear and be heard by the City Council at the time and place <br />stated above. <br /> <br />Dated: February 12, 1978 <br /> <br />BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />James F.
