'!he Mayor is hereby authorized to act as <br />official representative of Roseville to carry out this program. <br /> <br />Section 3. That copies of this Resolution are to be sent <br />to the Mayor and Council of the City of Waterford, Ireland, Sister <br />Cities International in Washington, D. C., the Firbassy of Ireland, <br />and the U. S.
