<br />8 <br /> <br />of sanitary sewer service, concrete curb and gutter, bituminous <br />paving and necessary appurtenances,as described in the Notice of <br />Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $192,360.74, and sub- <br />stantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the <br />feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the <br />City Manageri and having considered the views of all interested <br />persons and being fu~ advised in the premises, the Council does <br />hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be con- <br />structed and financed, and special assessments shall be levied <br />therefor, pursuant to said Chapter 429, and that the area pro- <br />posed to be assessed therefor shall include the property as de~ <br />scribed in the Notice of Heairng. The City Public Works Director <br />is directed to prepare and submit to the Council the final plans <br />and specifications. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution <br />was duly seconded by Councilman Curley, and upon roll call <br />vote being taken thereon, the followng voted in favor thereof: <br />All; and the following voted against the same: Nonei whereupon <br />said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
