<br />17 <br /> <br />SS-W-ST-P-78-29 including all that property bounded by Snelling <br />Avenue on the west, Hamline Avenue on the east, Lydia on the north <br />and Centennial Drive on the south by the installation of extension <br />of sanitary sewer services, water services, storm sewer, concrete <br />curb and gutter, bituminous paving and necessary appurtenances, <br />as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently <br />estimated at $276,000.51, and substantially in accordance with <br />the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is <br />now on file in the office of tpe City Manager; and having con- <br />sidered the views of all interested persons and being fully <br />advised in the premises, the Council does hereby determine and <br />order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed, <br />with the construction of sidewalks to be eliminated, and with. <br />parking to be limited to one side of the street, and appearing <br />to favor the south side of County Road C-2 for that purpose. <br />Special assessments shall be levied therefor, pursuant to said <br />Chapter 429, and the area proposed to be assessed therefor shall <br />include the property as described in the Notice of Hearing. <br />The City Public Works Director is hereby directed to prepare <br />and submit to the Council the final plans and specifications. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Councilman Kehr, and upon roll call vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All; and the <br />following voted against the same: None; whereupon said resolution <br />was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
